The hotel is conveniently located near Clearwater Mall, although the rooms had some unpleasant odors and lacked proper air circulation making them muggy initially. The service was satisfactory, with some issues related to room maintenance but friendly staff, including Erin during check-out. The location was ideal for some activities but cleanliness could be improved. The dining options were limited to basic breakfast items. The facilities overall were acceptable, though there were a few maintenance concerns.

The hotel has some room issues such as broken closet doors and a loud refrigerator. The smell of mold was bad, and the room needed to be changed due to leftover towels from the previous guest. On the positive side, the service was pleasant with helpful staff. The location is convenient even though it may be hard to spot, and the pricing is good for what you get.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was great, with big rooms and a pleasant atmosphere, but the rooms were very dated, smelled of cigarette smoke, and definitely need maintenance. The service, especially from Erin during checkout, was very nice and helpful, although there was an incident where a political opinion was aggressively pushed on me. The dining experience was very pleasant and kind, but the lack of protein options for breakfast was a downside.
